Become a Distributor of Our Products

Thank you for your interest in the products offered by Domaine des Nobles Alpagas Inc. (DNA).

We work with alpaca farms and specialty retailers across Canada to offer their customers a selection of quality alpaca products, as well as our alpaca socks manufactured in Quebec.

We place great importance on the quality of our distribution network and on building long-term relationships with our partners.

Apply to Become a Distributor

We particularly welcome applications from alpaca farms, whose expertise and clientele naturally align with our products. We also consider applications from other retailers whose activities and positioning are compatible with our product line.

Each application is reviewed individually. Access to our distributor program is therefore subject to approval in order to maintain a distribution network that is consistent with our products and values.

To submit your application, simply use the form available on our Contact Us page and provide the following information:

• name of the contact person;
• company name;
• complete mailing address;
• shipping address, if different;
• telephone number;
• email address.

We will contact you once we have reviewed your application.

Access to Our Distributor Area

Once your application has been approved, we will provide you with the information and access code for our distributor area.

This access will allow you to view directly through our online store:

• your distributor pricing;
• available products;
• available sizes and colours;
• minimum quantities applicable to each product;
• and place your orders online whenever it is convenient for you.

Depending on the product, some items are available individually, while others are sold in minimum quantities specified directly in our online store.

Minimum Order

The minimum order for our distributors is CAD $300 before taxes and shipping costs.

Volume Discounts

Volume discounts are automatically applied based on the value of each individual order:

• $2,000: 3% discount
• $4,000: 4% discount
• $6,000: 5% discount

Volume discounts are calculated on each order individually. Separate orders cannot be combined to qualify for a higher discount level.

Payment

All distributor orders must be prepaid before shipment. We do not offer credit accounts.

Both the merchandise and shipping charges must therefore be paid in full before the order is shipped.

Shipping

We select the carrier offering the most competitive rate based on the destination, number of packages, dimensions and weight. The carrier used may therefore vary depending on the region and the specific characteristics of the shipment.

Shipping charges are calculated separately once the order has been prepared and must be paid before shipment.

Pickup at the Domaine

Would you prefer to pick up your order directly at the Domaine?

When completing your order, simply enter “pickup” in the appropriate field at checkout.

Once your order has been prepared, it will be placed on our pickup shelf and will be ready for you when you arrive.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction and the quality of our products are important to us.

Defective Product
If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 10 days of receiving it. We will replace the defective product at no additional cost.

Returns for Other Reasons
For returns unrelated to a product defect, you must notify us within 10 days of receiving your order. A 10% restocking fee will apply.

Condition of Returned Products
All returned products must be in their original condition, unused and with all original tags attached.

Return Authorization
Before returning a product, please contact us through our Contact Us page, by email at info@alpagas-dna.ca, or by telephone at 450-242-4255. We will provide you with the necessary return instructions.

Refunds
Where applicable, refunds will be issued within 10 business days following receipt and inspection of the returned products.

Protection of Your Personal Information

Domaine des Nobles Alpagas Inc. places great importance on protecting the personal information entrusted to us.

Information collected when you apply for an account or place an order may include your name, contact information, company name, and billing and shipping addresses.

This information is used to:

• create and manage your distributor access;
• process your orders and payments;
• arrange shipment of your orders;
• communicate with you regarding your orders or account;
• send you communications when you have chosen to receive them;
• improve our services and online store.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Certain information may, however, be shared with service providers when necessary to process your orders, including payment service providers and shipping carriers, or when disclosure is required by law.

We take reasonable measures to protect the personal information entrusted to us.
